Talenteria is an AI-powered recruiting and candidate experience software powered by Generative AI.

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Talenteria Implementation and Support Specialist. This role will guide our clients through the onboarding process, ensure the successful implementation of Talenteria’s platform, and provide ongoing technical support and training. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, including discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment of the Talenteria platform.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for client teams on how to use Talenteria’s tools and features effectively.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting issues related to the platform, integrations, and configurations.
  • Assist clients in utilizing Talenteria’s API for custom integrations with ATS, HRIS, or job boards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term success with the platform.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and collaborate on strategies to optimize platform performance and user adoption.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on client experiences, feature requests, and potential improvements to the platform.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role (implementation, client success, or technical support) within SaaS, HR technology, or recruitment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR technology, including ATS, HRIS, job boards, and recruitment marketing platforms.
  • Experience with API integrations and a basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, XML, JSON).
  • Familiarity with Generative AI platforms and tools (e.g., OpenAI or other AI solutions)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
